If you are a potential new client, you’re in the right place! As of May 2024, I am accepting new clients. To learn about how to schedule our first session together, please watch the video below where I walk you through the process of how to schedule an initial phone call together. Then, you can schedule our that call via the “New Clients, Click Here!” button below.
To summarize this video, we need to do the following things before our first session together:
1. You can schedule our 10 minute phone call to be sure that we’re a good fit to work together using the “New Clients, Click Here!” button above.
2. In this call, we’ll make sure that we’re a good fit to work together, and then we can schedule our first session on that call. If you are interested in marriage counseling, I encourage you to schedule our call at a time when your spouse will also be available to talk.
Session Fees
My current fee per session is $140. I accept Health Savings Account cards, all major credit cards, cash, and check as payment.
I currently see clients on Mondays through Fridays between 9am and 5pm, and I am open to either in-person session at my downtown office or virtual sessions.
I am not in-network with any insurance panels, however you may qualify for out-of-network benefits which could cover most or all of your session fees. To use these out-of-network benefits, I can provide you a superbill which you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule, there are no cancellation fees if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled session. If need to cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice, a $70 fee will be charged to your account. For cancellations less than 4 hours in advance and no-shows, the full session fee applies.
